Subrate recognizes the importance of data protection and privacy to its users. As such, we have implemented a data deletion policy to allow our users to control their personal information.
Requesting Data Deletion
Users of the Subrate app may request the deletion of their personal data by utilizing the “Delete My Account” button on the profile page within the app. Once this button is pressed, the user’s data will be securely deleted from our systems within a reasonable amount of time.
Deletion of Data
Subrate will delete the personal information that we collect from our users, including but not limited to, name, email address, password, and any other information that is stored in our systems. We will also delete any information related to the user’s usage of the app, such as traffic and performance data.
Exclusions
In some instances, Subrate may be required by law to retain certain information, even after a user has requested data deletion. In these cases, Subrate will only retain the minimum amount of information necessary to comply with legal requirements.
